At King's Church we would like to be defined as being a commited family of God's people - and not buildings. We meet in a school hall which suits us just fine! We are passionate about Jesus, and passionate about becoming a church that reflects who He is to our community and town.

We are not a large church. We gather around 50 adults and a growing number of children.  We are big enough to get kingdom things done, but small enough so that everyone gets to know each other and care for one-another.  It also means that everyone gets involved.

Our way of being church is more contemporary than historical, and this is reflected in the  style of our Sunday meeting. This is where we enjoy a more modern approach to music for our worship - together with relevant and practical teaching & sharing of God's living word.

We encourage people to get involved, to be active and express their joy and love for God. We encourage everyone to find a way of serving the wider family, and the vision of the church.

You can dance, kneel, stand or sit.......the important thing is that our worship comes from our hearts and that we enjoy the freedom to express our worship - together.

We place high importance in good biblical teaching. We want to become mature in our faith, and able to grow in all aspects of our relationship with Jesus.

We are not the finished article....but we have a desire to allow God to make us all that He wants us to be, and to bring Him all the praise he is worthy to recieve, and to do His will in this area and town.
