New to King's ?
Firstly.....Welcome ! - it’s really great to see you.
We hope you have a good morning with us and that you feel relaxed here. We would say “feel comfortable” but we know we have school chairs and they are not designed for too much of that.
Our time together usually lasts about one and a half hours and includes the following. It does vary depending on what we sense God is leading us to do but it always begins with..........
Worship - we spend around 40 minutes at the beginning worshipping God. We believe that he deserves our worship and we encourage everyone who wants to, to contribute.
Some folks may read a scripture or pray out for us all to hear and make our own. The music is not so loud that we cannot hear each other—the musicians are prepared for others to contribute or even start a song.
Please don’t worry if the children get a bit noisy or restless, we are not put off by babies crying.
The most important thing is that God is given worship from hearts that love Him, hearts that delight in Him. You can stand, sit, kneel, lift your hands (or not)....whatever is appropriate for you in your worship and appropriate to the heart of giving worship to God....it’s ALL about Him, not us !
Teaching - we usually spend around 30-40 minutes
listening and receiving teaching from the Bible—either from a particular passage or a special theme we are looking at eg compassion and prayer.

Prayer- at the end of this time there will be space given for response, either in quiet reflection, or prayer led by the speaker or the opportunity to pray with each other, or for one another. You can always ask for prayer of you would like to.

Fellowship - afterwards we gather in the dining hall for refreshments and an opportunity to meet and chat and be family together. Someone will serve you tea or coffee and you can chat with them or others. It will give an opportunity to get to know us and perhaps ask any questions you may have.
